Sheet metal processing, construction, production, car builds

We offer design, production and complete sheet metal processing using CNC technology on Trumpf machines. We carry out sheet metal cutting and punching on a punching centre, sheet metal bending on CNC hydraulic bending presses, metal machining, welding in the protective atmosphere of MIG/MAG and TIG (WIG) gases and locksmith production. We are able to carry out small and large series production, including assembly and all subcontracting and surface treatments (powder coating, galvanizing, etc.).

All processes are carried out in accordance with the legislative, health, hygiene, safety and environmental regulations in force in the Czech Republic.

Since February 2023, the company has been a holder of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 certification.

The company TLF, s. r. o. was established in 1997 in the form of "privatization" of the tool room and part of the Development Department of Liberec Air Engineering Plants.

At the turn of the millennium, the company established a serial production department, which is primarily focused on sheet metal processing and subsequent assembly work, mainly for the field of air and electrical engineering. In addition to sheet metal processing, the company is engaged in the serial production of Cu fittings. A new addition to the company's portfolio is a complete solution for automotive fittings, including the preparation of project documentation.

Currently, the company employs 25 people in three positions.
